Q. How do I make a recommendation?
A. Making a recommendation is easy. Simply click the MAKE RECOMMENDATION button at the top of this page and follow the directions on each page.
Q. Can I recommend as many co-workers as I want?
A. Yes, we encourage everyone to recognize all the great work they see. We do suggest, however, that everyone be thoughtful in their recommendations, focusing on their top three or so choices as a way of making sure they really count.
Q. Will the person I recommend know that I have recommended them?
A. That is really up to you and we encourage you to let the person you've recommended know you've done so. They will not be formally notified of your recommendation through the process itself.
Q. I can't find the person I want to recommend when I search for them. What do I do?
A. If you are having trouble finding the person you want to recommend, try searching with the first letter of their first and last name only. If they still don't show up in the list, don't worry! Simply enter their first and last name and select the state they work in from the drop down menu provided. If you know their job title, please manually enter that as well.
